Crystallum Peter Max Pinot Noir 2024

DescriptionFrom five vineyards, mostly in Hemel-en-Aarde but one higher and further inland. 40% whole bunch. Light, bright cherry red. Sweet and perfumed with red fruit and something that is a cross between stemmy herbs and a more floral quality. Really pretty. Likewise on the palate with a hint of oak but that doesn’t dampen the prettiness of the scented fruit. Very fine tannins. Jancis Robinson 16.5/20
